- Our company policy does not allow us to provide a refund once the product has been sold.
- You can request for a replacement. For returns and replacement, you can write to us at info.sameermadan.com and someone from our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to guide you through the whole process. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return/replacement request. We hope you assist them with the same.
- Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. Having met the requirements, a credit note will be issued to the customer for the returned item.
Note: An item is eligible to be exchanged only once. All products will not be eligible for an exchange and all custom made orders will be not be eligible for an exchange/return/replacement.
Instructions for Returns
- The customer would be required to self-ship the products in it’s original packing wherein shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
- Your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number should be mentioned on top of the box. Do not forget to insert the original invoice.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

For return/exchange/replacements the following conditions need to be met:
- You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchanges are limited to direct sale by us to you and these terms of return and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third parties and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- The product should be undamaged and sent to us in a sellable condition.

- We do not offer free international shipping; hence the courier charges would need to be borne by the customer.
- Depending upon the location handling fees and taxes will be added once the order passes through customs. These charges need to be paid once the product is delivered to you.
Note: Due to varying custom policies and import duties, Sameer Madan (Design Libero) has no control over these charges and we regret that we will not be able to provide you with cost estimates of the same.
- For apparels, the order will be delivered to you in approximately 6-7 days.
- For customized clothing, depending on the style and work the delivery time would be 10-12 days.
- For accessories, the order will be dispatched within 24 hours on a working day. The customer shall be informed incase of any delays.
Note: Sameer Madan will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company/postal authorities. However, we will help you track down your ordered product through our partner courier services.

2. What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
The estimated delivery time for an order is approximately 5-7 days. In case of a made to custom order the delivery time would be 10-12 day depending on the style of the ordered piece.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we provide full/partial cancellation of your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support executives for cancellations.
4. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I ordered?
In rare cases, if an incorrect shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer support executives within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
