TERMS AND CONDTIONS

1. Items once sold cannot be returned or exchanged

2. Any alterations required have to be informed to the concerned person from Sameer Madan within 4 days of purchase. The alteration will be on a chargeable basis. Sameer Madan will evaluate the alterations to be done. The customer will be required to pay any additional charges post evaluation.

3. The order will be delivered to you in approximately 7-8 working days post a confirmed sale however there is an option for express delivery applicable only on chargeable basis.

Note: Sameer Madan will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company/postal authorities. However, we will help you track down your ordered product through our partner courier services.

While our items are on sale, please note that some piece may have minor imperfections. However, we assure you that each item has been meticulously inspected to ensure its quality.
