Return Policy

      1. Returns, refunds and exchange policy

• All sales shall be the subject of an invoice. No duplicate invoice will be issued.
  Articles with the exception of those manufactured by special order or customized to a particular size, cannot be exchanged. Only off the rack purchase with a standard size without any alteration due is liable for an exchange.

• The exchange can be exclusively in the form of store credit within a period of 72 hours from the date of purchase, upon presentation of invoice and provided they have not been used or altered and are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Any store credit issued will have to be used within a period of 45 days. The credit note issued by the store can only be used in the store.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about the terms and conditions applicable to returns.

• The customer shall bear the expenses pertaining to returns via post carrier and all liability in this regard. The customer shall be responsible for the perfect condition of the articles returned.

 

For return/exchange/replacements the following conditions need to be met:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• The product should be undamaged and sent to us in a sellable condition.

• Any sort of customization or design change in the original article can be done on a chargeable basis and is subject to the availability of the fabric. Please check with the store manager regarding the revised prices.

 

Mode of Payments

• We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking.
• We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

 

International Orders

• We do not offer free international shipping; hence the courier charges would need to be borne by the customer.
• Depending upon the location, handling fees and taxes will be added once the order passes through customs. These charges need to be paid once the product is delivered to you.
• The order processing timeline would be 15-17 working days. 

Note: Due to varying custom policies and import duties, Sameer Madan (Design Libero) has no control over these charges, and we regret that we will not be able to provide you with cost estimates of the same.

 

Domestic Orders  

• All domestic orders are inclusive of chargers and carries free shipping.
• For express shipping, the customer is liable to borne the additional charges depending on the pin-code/geographical location. 

 

Deliveries

• For ready to ship apparels, the order will be delivered to you in approximately 5-6 working days.
• For customized clothing the order processing timeline would be 15-17 working days.

Note: Sameer Madan will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company/postal authorities. However, we will help you track down your ordered product through our partner courier services.

 

Instructions for Return

• The customer would be required to self-ship the products in it’s original packing wherein shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
• Your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number should be mentioned on top of the box. Do not forget to insert the original invoice.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
